Pomegranate Protein Juice with Strawberries and Banana

This is an absolute delight. Crisp and refreshing with the sweet banana blended perfectly with the tart pomegranate. The addition of vanilla protien makes this a perfect post workout drink.




Step 1

Make the pomegranate juice. Take the seeds out of the membrane. Add all contents to water, seeds fall to bottom, white membrane to the top, put the membrane in the bin. Drain water and add seeds to a processor. Blend until seeds broken. Pour juice through a strainer or sieve and use the juice for the smoothie.

Step 2

Put the juice in a smoothie maker and add all other ingredients.  Add water if you wish for a thinner consistency.Add pollen before serving
